From the film, the two musicians shows a very strong competition. Both of them perform wildly just to get a coin from the little girl.Next, selfishness is obviously shown in both of the musicians. Both of them perform with their own instruments at the same time, but they are not working together. This causes the noise and therefore causes the little girl drops her sole gold coin, which falls down a drain and gets lost in the sewers of the village.Besides that, talent is obviously shown in the film. All the three characters in the film actually know how to play music instruments well and they are very talented in music. Finally, greed is the main theme of the film. Greedy is one of the quality of human nature. The three characters in the film are actually greedy. Every actions they do is related to money. The two musicians play very hard and compete wildly just to get a coin from the little girl while the little girl plays at the end of the film is also just to get money. However, finally the two musicians learnt their lesson. They know that they should cooperate well in order both of them will get the advantage. Therefore, finally, they try to reach for the coins in vain by helping each other in order to benefit each other.
I will say that the ending is quite interesting and mysterious. There is no dialog in the film and everything is told through the music and the animation. The animation is very stylized, and very effective. I found myself paying full attention through the whole film, with the smile getting bigger as the film wore on.
